Head Coach, Founder
For over four decades, T. Allen Williams has been transforming lives across the globe. From his remarkable career as a Harlem Globetrotter to becoming a distinguished speaker and coach, his journey embodies the very essence of growth and transformation.
Born and raised on the streets of Brooklyn, Tracy's path was shaped by perseverance and grit. He played Division I college basketball and went on to compete professionally before joining the legendary Harlem Globetrotters.
With over 30 years of experience in business, media, and professional sports, T. Allen brings a unique perspective to leadership and personal development. His approach combines the discipline of professional athletics with deep business acumen.
T. Allen achieved a significant milestone by becoming an Australian Citizen under the distinguished 858 Global Talent Visa, recognising his exceptional abilities and contributions to leadership development.
Irene Kypreos
Co-Founder & Director
Irene brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business development to her role as Co-Founder of TWWIK Media. With a career spanning over two decades across the pharmaceutical, health, and consumer goods industries, she has worked with some of the world's leading organisations, including Pfizer, Unilever, Brenntag, and IMCD Group.
At TWWIK, Irene plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of both the media and academy arms, helping to design programs that support personal growth, youth development, and community wellbeing. Her focus lies in building strong partnerships, developing practical initiatives, and ensuring every project is delivered with impact and integrity.
Driven by purpose and grounded in experience, Irene is passionate about helping others unlock their potential — on the court, in business, and in life.
